返信遅くなり申し訳ございません。以前のバージョン（CS3あたり）では、dreamweaverでもタイムスタンプを維持する機能があったのですが、バージョンが上がった際に仕様が変わったということですね。GETに関してはFFFTPを使用します。もしバージョンアップ等で改善されるようならdreamweaverを使用したいと思います。回答ありがとうございました！
