I am having the same issue. Hello Adobe - is anyone there? This problem is major for those with iPhone - the biggest selling phone and a leading camera! I have an iPhone 5 and the outcome is the same - no thumbnail for videos that were auto rotated. That's about 20% of my iPhone videos!
