Re: Muse CC 2014 wants Serial Number, though i pay monthly for muse

I purchased the full creative cloud suite for 8 device licenses and have the same issue (30-day trial) with After Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign. Photoshop and MediaEncoder 2014 both run fine, but Adobe Premiere's "30-day trial" has apparently already expired even though I only downloaded a week ago. A 30-day trial of Premiere 2014 is running on a second (fully licensed) machine in our office and I told the rest of our users not to download ANY updates from Adobe so they aren't affected.

I used the Adobe Application Manager to do every one of these updates, clicking "Update" not "Try". This looked like a total scam to me for Adobe to make more money after we'd already paid thousands for our cloud licenses... until I realized it was actually a bug. This is an enormous problem in our office. Our editors don't know what version of the software to run, whether we should install updates for PluralEyes, Mavericks, and other software we use with Premiere. We are running just the "CC" version of everything on OSX 10.8 right now.

Please let me know how I can send logs, etc. to assist, and whether a separate thread on this forum is more applicable. When I click https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/aents/status.jsp, I receive the "Alive" message.
