Creative Cloudにはそのような機能はなかったように存じ上げます。特殊なプランとかあったと聞いたことはないですので基本はそれぞれのIDでログインするしかないように思えます共有目的であれば別のストレージサービスをCreative Cloudのフォルダに関連付けして上げるくらいしか今のところ思いつかず、ただしそのような機能があれば仕事上良いですよねー

Are you trying to move a background layer by any chance or a layer that is partially locked?? If you have show bounding checked in the option bar you should see the bounding box.
