thanks for your reply 99jon. I like the idea of the exchange. They can either keep the money and let me have the annual subscription instead or they can refund and i will subscribe for an annual service myself. I've managed to discuss with the sales team yesterday and they told they'd get back to me in 2-3 days. They told they don't guarantee refund but lets see. I hope we can work something out that leaves everyone happy.
