yes, I've bought PS elements based on positive reviews. I just found it annoying that some of the functions I needed to use were not there and i really wanted to try/learn using those functions. Each time I could not find a function described in my lesson i just thought that was the issue of not knowing where it is placed but I searched on web of course using key words just to find the answers 'PS elements does not have this' or 'PS Elements removed that...' 'this feature is only available in Adobe PS CC...'...so yes, I'd rather subscribe to CC and hopefully get the money i spent on Elements back
