Images of how it looks when I open a NEW Image and make it 100x80
And this is supposedly a 100x80 image background. I don't think so. it's huge compared to what it looked like in Photoshop Cs6. please help thank you.

Hey. I'm having Trouble resizing my images in Photoshop CC When I try to make an image 100x80 it sure doesn't look 100x80 it looks bigger. and it does not save as the size of 100x80 it's just not the right size. I wasn't having trouble like this in Photos
