Re: How do I "draw inside" a image I have created to drop in art when I cant get the "draw inside" button to highlight and allow this? Do I need to do something to my image first?

Highlight the line that says Group which is your image and use Object>Ungroup as many times as it takes to see <Image> as the label for that line. Then select the object on the line that says <Compound Path> and the <Image> by clicking at the right hand edge of the line and you get the blue square on each line. Then use Object>Clipping Mask>Make.
