Re: Cannot install trial of Captivate 8 due to a previous bad download which won't shut down

Sea Swimmer you may want to try rebooting your computer and then try the installation again.  If you are being prompted to close Captivate files it is likely you have downloaded the installation files and are attempting to install the software.  By default the installation files are saved to the download folder for your User account.
