Thanks so much, JJMack! I finally found the correct File Formats folder. However, I just relaunched PS and it still won't open RAW. I went back to the Adobe website and followed these instructions:
1. Check to make sure the plug-in was installed in the correct directory in step 4 above.
2. Start Bridge.
3. Choose Tools > Cache > Purge Central Cache.
Still, not joy. However, this may be because the Adobe Updater is still saying ''No Internet connection. Please check your Internet settings and/or firewall. Waiting for connection..." My Firewall is not on.
