In any event, if a network is in any way, shape or form involved, you get no support from Adobe. Period. My previous post had a quote as follows:
…make sure your network administrator is a competent professional.
CS5 is not supported by Adobe any longer.
CS6, is supported by Adobe—reluctantly, it seems. You can try them directly by phone or web chat. This user forum is not a conduit to address Adobe.
