I answered you in the Lightroom forum. It really isn't a good idea to post in multiple forums because it just complicates the communication process. In the other forum I have provided you with a list of phone numbers. But I'm afraid you'll find that telephone support is not very reliable. If you could calm down and take the time to really describe the problem you have you will probably get faster and more effective help from the forums. But you have to remember that we are just users like yourself, and we don't just sit and monitor the forums. It's up to you. We'd like to help, but you need to be able to describe the problem.
