Do you have the right host address, username and password for your server?
You must open Filezilla Client.
File > Site Manager > New Site.
Enter your log-in credentials.
Host: address
Protocol : FTP - File Transfer Protocal
Logon Type: Normal
User: username
Pass: password
Hit Connect.
