well the title pretty much gives all the details i hope just started out of nowhere and cant watch any videos and all the ads ive seen have the exclamation mark on them as well.. and when looking for information all the help anyone gives is oh well your f**ked or to go ask somewhere else i mean i will just wipe my computer and start over or is there an easier method to fix it? also i haven't tried anything to fix it because ive got no idea what i could do to fix it nor have i been given any information to help atleast easy the problem or anything so any type of answer that helps is appreciated
