This tech note, Enable system Flash Player in Google Chrome | Windows | Mac, has information on disabling the Flash Player embedded in Chrome enabling you to use the non-embedded version. If you're already tried this and are still having problems, please file a bug at https://bugbase.adobe.com. When filing a bug please provide OS (including version), browser (including version), Flash Player version, and URL to flash content exhibiting the incorrect behaviour.
