I have the photographers package that has a mobile option. Is a tablet considered a mobile device?

I have take on a huge commitment to be the photographer for the local soccer association.  It is 700 kids that all require individual photos put into a player template as well as team/player template.  I would like to be able to take my design work with me when I go out places like the beach, etc and the photographers package come with a mobile option.  I can barely send a text message with my phone let alone try to do anything else.  Before I purchase a tablet, I would like to know if this would be considered a mobile device?
