am logging in from different computer and won't let me use converter, instead it is asking me to subscribe. what do I do?

When I attempted to use pdf converter, I logged in and it keeps wanting me to subscibe.  I haven't received any notificaton that my subscription has expired.  I am not using my normal computer does this matter?  How do I find out about my subscripton status?
