I emailed Adobe this morning asking them if they were still going to call me regarding a fix for my case. I also asked them to check out this forum topic and gave them the link to it. I got a reply email from them this afternoon. Here's the jist of what they said.
"We are still working on the issue. We have checked the forum link you provided. Once we get the resolution I will call you or provide you with the solution via email."
Sounds like they are digging into the problem and that it's not that simple of a fix. I'll keep everyone updated.
