Subscription not working?

     I purchased a monthly subscription to Adobe Pro through an in-app purchase on my iPad.  I entered my Apple ID password and the subscription charged my account, however I still do not have access to anything that I subscribed to.  Additionally, when I click on the purchase link in the app, it tells me that I have already purchased the subscription on another account???  I have verified my gmail address, icloud address, work email address, and the attached Hotmail address to my Apple ID, yet I do not find any other active Adobe account that it could have possibly activated...

 

Is there someone that can help me?
