Thanks Station-two but my hampster runs on a lower octain fuel. My version of windows (xp) can only use 8.1 down to 7.4 . At least that's what I've figured so far. the crux of the matter is getting them into cs6 (and bridge) and replacing ver 7 that it is operating with (even though I have completed my updates under the help tab).
