You enter the name of the folder in the "Into Subfolder" field. Then, further down, you choose the folder inside of which that subfolder will be created. For instance, in this example, what ever name I type into that subfolder field will be placed inside of the My Pictures folder. I could scroll down that list and put the new folder inside of any other folder on any hard drive attached to my computer.
