And....to let you know the outcome, the ATT connect tech plus agent took remote control of my computer and disabled every pop up blocker he could find and voila~ I now have photoshop lightroom up and ready to go. Thx so much. He found pop up blocker stuff all over my computer and disabled them and that's all it took. Have a great evening and thank you so much for all your help again.
