- Click windows start button
- In the search box type uninstall
- Scroll down the list to below the header for control panel
- Click on uninstall a program
- When the window pops up, scroll through the list to Adobe Photoshop CC or Adobe Photoshop CC 2014
- Once you click on the name, you can choose to uninstall.
(If you are having issues and both apps are installed, it maybe wise to do both)
If you would like to start fresh, you could uninstall all Adobe apps including the manager. Then you should be to a point as though you first purchased photoshop.
Any other issues like errors uninstalling, etc. then you will need to use Adobe cleaner program.
I hope this helps. Any questions post again.
