I'm frustrated -- having the same issues. It looks like Adobe needs to make a fix, that on June 27, 2014, Flickr deprecated their old HTTP based API. Reading the above referenced link, this makes sense since I had problems on at least one of the previous black-out dates and continuous since the June 27 date. We need some attention here, Adobe!
