Captivate 7: Radio Button Disappear On iOS 6 with Safari

Hi All,

I am creating a course in Captivate 7, then I am publishing the HTML5 out for iPad(OS6).

When I play the file in my iPad using Safari ( iOS 6 ) the Radio button from knowledge check disappear only text are display.
