relinking multiple video files from subfolders.

We Shot a 4 cam project with RED Dragon and is being edited in Premiere CC.

We started working with the RED raw footage but as it's 4 cam and there is a lot of footage is became slow and makes it difficult to edit due to the size of the files.

We've got smaller proxies of every single clip but we couldn't find any way to make offline all of the RED footage and relink to the proxies as it only allow you to do this clip by clip instead (this is not an option due to the amount of clips we have)

Any help on what kind of work flow would be awesome, how to relink multiple files from subfolders.
