Indesign cc 2014 cc has stopped working

Hi

I installed indesign cc on my laptop and it gives me the 'indesign cc has stopped working" error

I refreshed my laptop and still installed it and had the same error

I later installed Indesign cc 2014 and it gave me the same error

It later came but i have been working with it in trial mode and and closed it, i hibernated my PC and when i opend indesign cc 2014 after powering on, it keot giving me the error

I have restarted, changed my printer settings, my graphic card settings but still.

i even uninstalled and reinstall but still
