I've asked several times but cannot obtain any responses. I do not fully understand how this works I guess. The redemption code on my PSE 12 sleeve does not work. I double checked the code and what I typed and they are the same. The error message says that I need to return to the retailer. What information do they need to give me a valid redemption code? Isn't there a way for me to contact Adobe and provide the information so I can install PSE12 now? I find this bazaar maze of support without obtaining any support frustrating. All I want to do is install PSE12. It should not be so difficult that I spend hours doing it and then spend more hours trying to figure out how I contact Adobe support so I can install a one disk software program. If anyone has any idea how to install the software, please let me know. Thanks!
