Going forward with my experiments on scaling an HTML container with SVG contents:
Using the GUI in Muse:
1. Downscaling will be refused as mentioned in my answer #25 above. The HTML container will bounce back to previous size.
2. Upscaling will work, but only the container is scaled. Not the contents.
I'm using Muse CC 2014 v2014.0.1.30 on Mac OSX 10.7.5.
