I have survey questions to ask and my only option in Captivate, as far as I know, is to use quiz slides. I want to ask people to what degree they believe certain statements are true. I had hoped to insert sliding scales but I don't think I can do that in Captivate so I will use the Rating Scale (Likert) quiz layout. I know how to insert the slide but I can't figure out how to set up the slide. Do I need to do something with the radio buttons?
