Thanks but the url you sent doesn't relate to the interface I can see in the BC site Admin.
Please see the attached jpeg. I can't see a 'Site User's option, nor can I see any 'Enable Email' check box.
Am I looking in the right place? Is there another admin panel I need to be looking at.
This is absolutely desperate that I sort this out. Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
