You've exceeded the maximum size of a PDF file, namely 200 inches by 200 inches.

Steve, I have to disagree. PDF files can have a much bigger size. Even if you want to have a map of Switzerland you could do it at 1:1 in a PDF. Acrobat supports pages as large as 15,000,000 in. (38,100,000 cm) by 15,000,000 in. (38,100,000 cm). This is a size of 381 x 381 kilometer! More than 236,7 Miles in length in both dimensions.

Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Create and use a custom page size

I think the limit is with InDesign which does not support the current allowed PDF size and limits to old versions 5080mm. So I would suggest either to scale it down or to create a 2700mm length document and create a spread, and make an output with 2 pages and let the printer reassamble it.
