Before I installed the CC 2014 update, I had on my windows 7 machine, DNxHD options in my export formats. Now I have "DNxHD MXF OP1a". Forgive my ignorance, but is this right? why the change? I also have an "MXF OP1a" option lower in the list.
Anyway, I am attempting to transcode some FS700 59.94 MTS files. When I add them I'm getting DNX 90 1080p 59.94. (1.0) square pixel. Everything looks fine. I render out and bring the footage in PP and it looks and behaves properly. However, if I bring the footage into some other software, like Resolve, it brings the footage in at 1440x1080. When I look at the clip details in PP, it indeed states that the MXF wrapper is 1440x1080, while the footage is 1920x1080. Obviously where the discrepancy is.
If I render using DNX 290 or 440, it works fine. The MXF wrapper says 1920x1080. The footage works with everything. It's only at the lower rate that I get this error.
Can someone please tell me if this is a bug or if I'm failing to understand something?
