Cloud Programs Won't Open

I currently have the Creative Cloud downloaded on my work laptop, but I have run into an issue that I'm not sure how to solve. When I have my laptop docked and connected to my company's network directly, the Cloud programs run just fine. However, when I undock my computer and run the laptop wirelessly, I get error message that say, for example, "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working," which forces me to close the program. It's imperative that I'm able to using the Cloud programs on the road when I can't be connected to my company's network.

 

Has anyone experienced this before?
