Re: I'm working on a Cintiq, and having problems with the brush tool in Flash CC. When I start to draw, a "tail" seems to occur. This happens whether pressure and tilt are on or off. This doesn't happen in CS6, or Photoshop CC.

Could you please provide more details on  settings like

Tablet model

Tablet specific setting such as (windows ink etc)

Tablet Driver version

Os version

Hardware configuration.

Tool related setting in Flash Pro

Version number of Flash Pro

And if it is not a problem for you could you please uninstall the driver for tablet and Flash(Use CC cleaner tool) and re-install the latest version of drivers from Legacy Drivers | Wacom  and also Flash Pro CC 2014 from Creative cloud. reboot the system and check if the issue happens??
