It can be done but it's not a simple task. Removing the sunlight from the wall can be done by using the spot healing brush. Depending on the results you may want to mask off the text in the sunlight in the top image and the kids in the lower image. The reason is that you don't want the spot healing brush to pull information from those areas. Then for the top image I would mask off the T so that the spot healing brush is only pulling data from the rest of the T and then do the same thing with the F.

 

The image with the kids is going to be more difficult due to the variation of the skin tones and the color of the shirt. You'll likely have to use a combination of the spot healing brush along with the burn tool set to a very low exposure, in order to get rid of the bright spots.
