Absolutely if it has at least 1 GB of dedicated video RAM, you will have to help it become available as it is not current listed in the tested file (cuda_supported_cards.txt) that is in CC 2014. All you have to do is either delete the file or add it to it. There are many versions of this GPU so the performance depends on what you really have. Some version have 1152 cores or some have only 640. Clock speeds vary and amounts of VRAM also. So your question cannot be answered without a lot more detail but in general I would say yes.
