Thanks for getting back to me! To answer your question I know this through a LOT of trial and error. It is an established fact that the latest flash player upgrade is not compatible with Taleo. I have been able to downgrade my flash player, plug-ins and active x. It's still not working properly and the only program I have not been able to downgrade is shockwave. Hence, through the process of elimination, this is my last hope. I just can't find a downloadable version of it. Can you help?
