Elements 12 Organizer won't show up once I launch it.

I am trying to open Elements Organizer 12 and when I click it, it will show that initial screen for about a split second where it says LOADING CATALOG and then the screen just disappears.  I can open EDITOR just fine but Organizer although it shows to be open, is nowhere to be found.
