I'm in the same boat as Ben & JLClark...the upload stops anywhere from 60-98% done & the I have to force quit Muse...love Muse and the new in-browser sedating is what my clients want, but it is rendered inoperable if I have to upload through a 3rd party FTP client...
REALLY hope this bug gets a quick fix, soon.
