I think you're missing the whole point of this trouble-shooting exercise. The big question is whether or not your performance problems are caused by Dreamweaver's App or the document with which you are working. I can cite numerous examples where the document itself was the main source of the problem. Once the document was repaired, the performance problems in DW went away. Make sense?
