As stupid as this sounds, I have no idea what Time Machine is. I am gonna guess that it is some sort of restore point as like Windows? I am usuing OS 10.7.5. I don't know what version of Adobe Photoshop that I was using. It was preloaded on the laptop when it arrived. I have not come across a folder with product serial numbers in it. I have delt with resellers previously that did not include software so the fact that I didn't get anything with this purchase was not out of the normal for me.
